About The Role
We are looking for an organized, confident and reliable Office Manager who will ensure the smooth running of Inlaks office and team. They will be responsible for office administration,planning meetings and communicating with clients, travel coordination for their team, expense reimbursements, supplier payments, issuing customer invoices, and leading on office systems, policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing work, organized, self-motivated, and trustworthy. They will also be articulate and able to engage confidently with Inlaks clients. They will be able to handle multiple tasks whilst keeping the team supported. Your role is to
create and maintain a pleasan t work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Office operations:
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and a high level of productivity.
- Act as a central point of contact for Inlaks staff and clients, managing the office, receiving visitors and posts, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support team members in their expenses reimbursable process by coordinating approval and payment of the same with the Finance Manager, Head of Finance or the external accountants.
- Ensure that the company is tax compliant.
- Act as a central point of contact for Inlaks staff and clients.
- Support the senior team with schedule management, letter writing, meeting arranging, responding to bids etc.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage travel arrangements, agenda and appointments for the Inlaks team.
- Monitor and support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures for the company.
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including making payments.
- Screen suppliers and maintain preferred supplier lists.
- Issue and follow up on invoices with Inlaks clients.
- Work with the People Team to keep proper employee records and ensure that payroll reflects these records.
- Secure all Inlaks contracts and records safely at the office.
- Build processes to check and monitor travel expenses by colleagues.
- You have a BSc/BA in office administration, accounting or a relevant field.
- You have proven experience as an office manager, administrator or assistant, or relevant role.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- You have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive/Sheets/Docs.
- You have worked in a fast-paced environment.
- You are familiar with office management procedures.
- You have a keen eye for detail.
