What You Will Be Doing
Sales and business development
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target market segments.
- Use various prospecting techniques to generate new leads, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their business needs, present products and services, and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop proposals and quotes for customers and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and the design team to ensure that solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the companys CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and Sales software programs.
