Job Title: Sales Account Acquisition and Retention Executive
Looking for a great salesperson who can network and close deals with specific KPIs and Techniques. The position will ask for new clients and new acquisitions while maintaining current existing clients and growing them over a period. The salesperson must also have sales experience in the fields of Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services. The commission is paid out depending on performance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Sales account acquisition & retention executive is primarily responsible for new client acquisition, generating first-time deposits, and getting the clients to redeposit.
- Consistently meet monthly KPI targets
- Identify and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience. The Sales account acquisition & retention executive is primarily responsible for new client acquisition, generating first-time deposits, and getting the clients to redeposit.
- Identify and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
- Educating the clients on the different account types, contract specs, trading tools, and all educational material
- Gain hands-on skills in using the internal Customer relationship portal
- Thoroughly follow up on the client’s journey
- Pre-Onboarding clients
Reaching Leads via different channels and Meeting them- Introduce the Company Introduction
- Provide new clients with demo account (if needed)
- Provide Education to the clients on products, platforms, market updates, economic calendar, margins, risks
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Sales skills - Fx
- Must be Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales in one of the following industries, Insurance, Banking and Financial Services
- Sales techniques in Acquisition, Retention, and Dispute
- A big network of clients
- Leadership skills
