SCEA is seeking the services of an Administrative Assistant to be attached to The Administration Department. The selected candidate will mainly be expected to not only proactively plan how administrative issues should be addressed, but also take the initiative to ensure that the plan is implemented through providing timely and appropriate guidance, advice and support to The Council.
Administrative Assistant (ADMIN)
Skills Required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills including command of the English language
- Must be independent and be able to work proactively
- Basic accounting skills
- Great attitude, open to learning, self-driven/starter and customer focus
- Proficiency in Written and spoken English
Qualification
- Diploma and above in Management, social studies or Business Management, from a recognized institution.
- Proven compute applications and skills
- Accounting and previous experience is an added advantage.
