An experienced management consulting firm specializing in Federal government contracts, is seeking an experienced professional with five to seven years of Project Management background to support a major on-going government contract with business requirements and risk assets-based projects.
An experienced management consulting firm specializing in Federal government contracts, is seeking an experienced professional with five to seven years of Project Management background to support a major on-going government contract with business requirements and risk assets-based projects.
- A team of data managers, econometric modelers, business intelligence report developers, and database administrators in support of risk management services, business intelligence analytics, and risk modelling;
- The analytical impact of new housing programs and policies on the portfolio performance and the economic value of FHA’s insurance fund; and
- The project team in defining and meeting task schedule requirements, project planning and control processes, development of task deliverables, coordinating team member allocation of work, providing guidance on the scope and direction of project deliverables, monitoring work products.
- A Master's degree (preferred) in business, finance, economics, or IT-related field. A Bachelor’s degree on the same fields with adequate experience will suffice if candidate meets and/or exceeds all other requirements;
- Must have at least 5-7 years-experience (with a Master’s Degree) or 7-10 years with a Bachelor’ degree) in evaluating business processes improvements, and analysing data to uncover patterns and trends, as well as developing systems documentation as needed. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.
- Experience in commercial mortgage/real estate/finance;
- Experience at HUD, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac a plus.
- Knowledge of credit analysis, and experience with constructing and monitoring risk measures.
- Sound knowledge of statistical/econometric concepts and strong analytical experience.
- Advanced SAS coding skills a must.
- Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
