- Research and identify potential partners, brands, celebrities, events, and wholesale clients that align with the organization's objectives
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, leveraging these connections to facilitate deal closures
- Tailor partnership proposals to address the unique needs and objectives of each potential client, showcasing how collaboration can benefit both parties
- Lead meetings effectively presenting proposals, addressing concerns, and leading discussions towards closing deals
- Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial, legally sound, and financially viable
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email or call, providing detailed and persuasive information to potential partners to advance discussions and finalize agreements
- A successful track record of closing deals in the range of $10,000 to $1 million, with a focus on partnerships involving brands, celebrities, events, and wholesale clients
- In-depth understanding of the industries relevant to the partnerships, including branding, entertainment, events, and wholesale distribution
- Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build rapport with potential clients
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements, maximizing the value of partnerships while ensuring mutual benefit
- Capability to take the lead in meetings, guiding discussions towards successful deal closures
- Has the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, handle rejection, and persist in the face of challenges to meet or exceed sales targets
